Step 1
Use shade #2 from True Color Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Quad in Steel Blues on base of eye. Item#528-781.
Step 2
Use shade #3 from True Color Matte Eyeshadow Quad in On the Vine from eyelashes to crease of eyelid. Use shade #4 from quad on outer corner of eye, top of eye and across the bottom lashes. Item# 550-649.
Step 3
Lightly dust shade #3 True Color Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Quad in Purple Haze from outer corner to middle of eye as well as below the eye. Item# 528-322.
Use shade #4 from same quad as a liner, following lash line on both top and bottom.
Step 4
Use True Color Bold Lipstick in Hi-Def Plum as a base coat over both top and bottom lips. Item# 551-540.
Step 5
Dab True Color Perfectly Matte Lipstick in Electric Pink all over lips. Item# 665-411.
