I am VERY disappointed that I cannot get the “Purple Peace Tea Kettle.” I ordered two peace mugs the same time I ordered the kettle. The mugs are useless to me now without the kettle; I am sending them back to Avon. If the demand is so strong that you ran out, doesn’t It seem reasonable to make more?!

I spoke with AVON Customer service and was told that it is a discontinued item that will more than likely not come back in stock. From personal experience, I have seen discontinued items come back temporarily in Outlet. 🙂 Again, I am very understanding of your frustration, and, hope that in the future you will have a better shopping experience. 🙂
